Around the World of Pro Wrestling 8/12/26: CMLL, NWA and NJPW Ownership Question.

đŸŽ™ïž Sports Desk Intro

Ed: “Well fans, we’ve got a tale of two traditions tonight — Mexico’s oldest promotion and America’s longest‑running governing body. Both CMLL and the National Wrestling Alliance have been busy. Arena MĂ©xico kept the trios engines roaring, while NWA Powerrr on Comet TV delivered a tight, studio‑style episode with title implications and a few surprises.”

Gordon: “And when you line up the results, you see two promotions leaning into what made them famous — CMLL with its classic three‑fall rhythm and slow‑burn rivalries, NWA with its promo‑driven tension and clear championship lanes. Let’s get to the action.”
