Outside of TNA, she held Women’s Championships for House of Glory, Reality of Wrestling, and Awesome Championship Wrestling.”

“The Caray name is legendary in Major League Baseball, starting with Harry, who called games from 1945-1997, ending his iconic career with the Chicago Cubs, where his signature style included the “Holy cow!” home-run call and leading fans in singing “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” during the seventh-inning stretch.

Harry’s son, Skip Caray, followed him into the booth as a baseball broadcaster with the Atlanta Braves. Then grandson Chip Caray replaced Harry as the Cubs’ play-by-play announcer from 1998 to 2004. Chip later returned to work with his father Skip on Atlanta Braves broadcasts.

In 2022, Chip’s twin sons, Chris and Stefan, became minor league baseball broadcasters at age 22, Chris now calls action for the Athletics and Stefan sits in the St. Louis Cardinals TV broadcast booth.

“I am a longtime pro wrestling fan,” Chris Caray said. “One TNA Wrestling star who I really admire is, Nic Nemeth. He’s often under-rated. Watching him perform in the ring, he really is amazing.”

The participants: Elijah, The System (Bear Bronson, Brian Myers, and Eddie Edwards), Mustafa Saed, Special Agent 0, John Skyler, Jason Hotch, Eric Young, Special Agent 0, Mr. Elegance, The Righteous, The Home Town Man, BDE, Frankie Kazarian. The System are backstage and feel they were robbed in the battle royal. They took out Moose last week. Cedric Alexander will prevent Slater from becoming the longest reigning X Division champion.

Miller is in the crowd ringside with Keith Jardine promoting his movie “Over Your Dead Body”. The Personal Consierge with The Elegance Brand interrupts but is escorted out by security when Mr. Elegance gets in the former cage fighter’s face.

KC Navarro vs. AJ Francis. MLB’s Chris Carray joins Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary. Navarro attacks, avoids a choke slam, avoids a Styles Clash. Francis is dropped to the outside, Navarro sets up a table but is driven into the ring steps. Navarro avoids Down Payment, hits Francis with a chair and shoves him into the ring steps. Navarro sets up a second table. Francis takes a chair away from him and slams him into the turnbuckles. Francis sets the chair on him and hits Tennessee Whiskey. Francis throws a trash can in the ring and drops Navarro on the edge of the ring apron. Francis throws him into the ring post. He takes a bat from Carray and swings at Navarro. Navarro hits Francis with the trash can. A Famouser gets him a 2 count. Francis puts Navarro through the table outside the ring with a Down Payment, rolls him in the ring and gets the pinfall.

Santana hits the ring and is ready for Young. Daria Rae comes out and announces Young is not the next challenger. Steve Maclin is medically cleared and will get his shot next week. Director of Authority Santino Marella interrupts and announces re-signing Indi Hartwell. Santana is ready for Maclin.

Rosemary bites her, distracts the ref and Allie bites Moore. Allie with a boot, a forearm and to the top rope. Blanchard grabs her foot giving Moore the upper hand. Crawford tags in and drops Allie. Allie with shots to the midsection. Crawford reverses. Tag to Moore. Neckbreaker by Allie. Tag to Rosemary. She hits a Slingblade and an Exploder. DDT, cover, Moore breaks it up. Allie and Rosemary take their opponents to The Upsidedown, Blanchard tries to interfere but Sade prevents it. Allie sends Moore into the steel steps. Rosemary hits As Above So Below and gets the pinfall.

The Broken Hardys invite The Righteous to become “Obsolete”.

🔥 MAIN EVENT — TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater vs. Cedric Alexander – 2-out-of-3 Falls Match -TNA X-Division Championship

Cedric charges, Slater rolls him up, sets up a Styles Clash but it is countered. Slater rolls him up for a quick pinfall. 1-0. Slater dumps Cedric outside the ring. Slater dives over the top rope. Back in the ring before the 10 count and they exchange blows. Slater with a boot, sets him up on the ring apron but eats a German suplex to the floor. Slater is dropped on his spine on the edge of the apron. Cedric back in the ring with strikes, knee to the back, cover for 2. Cedric with a choke. Slater with a jawbreaker, two clotheslines, up top, crossbody, Alexander kicks out. Alexander with a Michinoku Driver, 2 count. A Lumbar Check gets a pinfall. Tied 1-1. Slater with a boot to the face for a 2 count. He misses a Swanton 450 but hits a twisting neckbreaker. Alexander with a powerbomb. Slater with a dive to the outside. EC3 vs. Eric Young. Young is whipped into the ring steps and hit across the back with a chair. Back from break EC3 is hit in the back with a garbage can twice, then with a chain before being choked out with the chain. EC3 takes control with a neckbreaker and uses the chain to choke Young. He hits a snapmare driver on Young who has a chair around his neck. Young gets control of EC3 out on the apron hitting a piledriver through a table before delivering another piledriver for the win. WINNER: ERIC YOUNG

Ed: “Fans, that gentleman is flying like he’s got rockets in his boots!”

Elayna Black comes to the ring claiming to be the number one Knockout. Mr. Elegance and Ash by Elegance cut her off saying if Black is a business Ash is an empire. Indi Hartwell comes out and points out that there is a Knockouts Championship match tonight but Ash mocks her for being poor and goes back to ripping on Black. Black leaves and Ash tells Hartwell to let the real Knockouts talk but Hartwell tells Ash nothing about her is real. The brawl with Hartwell getting the upper hand.

Daria Rae tells someone backstage that she will talk to them later.

🔥 MATCH 2 — TNA World Tag Team Title

Nic Nemeth & KC Navarro vs Bear Bronson & Brian Myers (The System). Navarro and Myers to start. Back and forth til Bronson tags in and The System hits a double suplex prompting a save from Nemeth. Bronson with a sit out powerbomb on Nemeth. Alisha Edwards pulled Nemeth’s hair leading to a submission. After escaping Nemeth tags out and so does Myers. Navarro with a tornado DDT. Nemeth throws Myers off of the apron but he’s caught by Eddie Edwards and Cedric Alexander giving Bronson the opportunity to finish off Navarro with a spinning piledriver. WINNER: BEAR BRONSON & BRIAN MYERS (THE SYSTEM).

Edwards and Alexander say it is time for their match with Moose and Leon Slater.

🔥 MATCH 3 — Tag Team Division Spotlight

Eddie Edwards & Cedric Alexander (The System) vs. Moose and Leon Slater. Alexander and Slater to start. Slater knocks Alexander to the ground with chops before taking turns with Moose delivering right hands. Moose and Slater dive over the top rope to take out The System. The System gains control when Edwards rakes Slater’s eyes and Alexander interferes. Moose gets knocked down on the apron. Slater gets the boots from Edwards. Santana says it doesn’t matter as he will retain no matter who challenges. Rae has his music cut off so that hers plays us out of this segment.

🔥 MATCH 4 — Xia Brookside Banned From Ringside.

Arianna Grace w/ Stacks vs. Lei Ying Lee for the Knockouts Championship. Grace sweeps a leg and hits a knee before they spill outside where Lee takes out Grace and Stacks, bounces Grace’s head off the apron, the barricade, another barricade and then throws the champ into the ring. Lee gets distracted by Stacks while on the turnbuckles and gets dumped. Grace works Lee over, wearing the challenger down. After a break Grace hits a jumping back elbow for a pin attempt but Lee kicks out. Grace up top, but gets caught and hit with a fallaway slam for two. Lee hits Warriors Way for the pin but Stacks put Grace’s foot on the ropes. The ref tosses Stacks and Lee hits a neckbreaker from the middle turnbuckle for the win. WINNER: LEI YING LEE, NEW KNOCKOUTS CHAMPION.

The statement reads as follows:

I don’t usually speak on things like this, but this one’s too ridiculous to ignore.

TNA, specifically Carlos Silva, forced a change to the main event of our Create A Pro show three weeks out after it was already approved and promoted.

Not sure who that helps.

Create A Pro is a training school with a promotion focused on developing talent while running consistent live events. We’re a school, dojo, and a mom and pop business… just with two dads.

Live events are a necessary training tool, and they’re disappearing, even at the highest levels, because they’re not as cost effective and the money is in television. In a direct way, we are providing a service for your talent to make $ and keep their skills sharp. Do you not see that ?

We train wrestlers for wrestling companies. And now a wrestling company has stepped in and hurt another wrestling company that helps wrestlers get to wrestling companies. Makes perfect sense. Maybe I’m the one missing something.

I’m annoyed, as it’s hard to ignore how unnecessary, and honestly how cringe, this situation is.

And to be fair, talent wasn’t pulled, but altering a main event match like that on our limited stage has the same impact. Anyone who has actually promoted shows understands that.

When something changes that affects another promoter’s show, you make it right. Whether that means sending talent, strengthening the card, or finding a way to return value, you don’t just create the problem and walk away from it.

That didn’t happen here. And if any attempt is made now to make it right, it’s a bit too late. You meet people with grace, not chaos.

Create A Pro isn’t a competing media company. It’s a training ground that built its own platform to develop talent. No TV deal, no streaming, and we’re not attached to any bigger company, yet.

Between CAP/WrestlePro, we run around 25 events a year and reinvest back into us, our leases, rings, and the equipment needed to put on shows.

Equipment that, at one point, your company needed to rent to operate in this market. And at another point, when your company needed content and additional matches, talent was placed on Create A Pro and WrestlePro shows because there wasn’t enough content to support it. Did anyone let you know about a past positive relationship?

Years ago your company used our students for extra work in a meaningful way. Now it looks more like carrot dangling, ring crew, and helping with catering but that’s an entirely different conversation.

Create A Pro has been a pipeline and a support system to just about every major company in wrestling. Most people know that. (Unless you ask the WWE ID program, then we apparently don’t exist. )

I’m willing to believe Carlos may not know who I am, and that’s fine. But if you’re in an executive position, you should probably understand the room you’re operating in and the etiquette that comes with it. Maybe Tony Khan can give a quick crash course on how to protect your brand while still helping the overall scene. It’s times like this I’m glad to work for someone who actually champions the entire sport, not tries to shrink it.

And yeah, I’m on the payroll but these words are from experience not influence.

At the end of the day, we’ll adjust like we always do. But if the goal is to grow this industry, or even your own company, this isn’t the way to do it.
