Mike Santana continues to carry the World Championship with a target the size of Montana on his back. Multiple contenders are circling, and the tension is thick.

Eddie Edwards and company are pushing harder than ever to dominate every division. Their fingerprints were all over this week’s show.

The Knockouts roster delivered one of its strongest weeks of the year — new challengers rising, old grudges resurfacing.

Below is your full match‑by‑match breakdown. Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt greet audience.

🔥 MATCH 1 — Men’s Champions Challenge

Mike Santana, Mustafa Ali (w/ Tasha Steelz), and The System (w/ Alisha Edwards) vs. Eric Young, Frankie Kazarian, KC Navarro, Elijah, and Leon Slater Elijah with old school gets the first pin attempt on Myers who powers out. After break Elijah and Santana lock up, Elijah misses an elbow, Santana misses a dive outside. Kazarian tags in. Kazarian with strikes on the World Champion who counters with a dropkick before a cluster with Young, Elijah and Ali tagging in. Elijah with a sitdown powerbomb on Ali for a pin attempt. Alexander breaks the pin up, Elijah hits him and Bronson before a brawl with everyone breaks out. Elijah catches Ali’s suicide dive and slams him on the ring apron. Slater flies over the ringpost wiping out everyone brawling outside. After a commercial break Santana tags in and hits a running stomp. Kazarian and Young eat fists before Ali tags in and gets a roll up. Kazarian kicks out. Ali and Santana argue. Navarro with a missile dropkick, 619 and tornado DDT. 2 count on Ali. Bronson tags in and hits a sitout power bomb. Right hands and a Gorilla press slam leads to a pin attempt. No good! Ali and Slater tag in. Back heel kick by Slater and another using the ropes. Pin attempt. No good! Ali tries to us the International title belt against Slater and is stopped. Navarro tags in and hits sliced bread for the victory!

Ed: “Navarro’s wrestling like a man who refuses to let that title opportunity slip through his fingers!”

The Righteous introduce us to The Wicked Garden and say the Hardys will leave the garden changed men.

🔥 MATCH 2 — Knockouts Match

Tessa Blanchard vs. Harley Hudson Action spills outside of the ring immediately. Blanchard works over the knee. Back in the ring Blanchard locks in a submission. Hudson escapes, hits a couple shoulder tackles and places Blanchard on the top rope. They grapple for control before Hudson rams Blanchard into the top turnbuckle repeatedly, hits a shoulder breaker and tries a pin. Kickout, rollup, second kickout, Blanchard with a chop block to the injured knee. Buzzsaw for the win!

Gordon: “A most commanding performance — Blanchard remains a formidable presence in the division.”

Injury Report- Maclin’s condition is unknown after he stormed out last week. Jada Stone and Moose aren’t cleared to compete. Marella and Lorenzo have been cleared.

🔥 MATCH 3 — Family Feud

Santino Marrela vs. Stacks with Arianna Grace Stacks immediately goes to the outside to consult with Grace. When he enters the ring he goes for a boot but is caught and rolled up by Marrela. Kickout. Marrela with a stiff right. Stacks outside with Grace and some affection before getting pulled back in the ring by her father. Arm drag, splach attempt. Stacks gets the knees up. Stacks with the roll up and pinfall! After the match Grace distracts her father while Lorenzo attacks him. Indi Hartwell chases them off, grabs a mic and challenges them to a mixed tag match. Now! Daria Rae comes out and announces we will have to wait until next week.

The Edwards make their way to the ring. Fabian Aichner is out next.

🔥 MATCH 4 — Grudge Match

Eddie Edwards (w/ Alisha Edwards) vs. Fabian Aichner Lockup. Aichner with a springboard crossbody and knocks Edwards out of the ring with a clothesline. Outside Edwards gets thrown into the steps and clotheslined. Back in the ring and Edwards sends Aichner chest first into the mat then puts a boot into Aichner’s chest. Aichner up top but Eddie pulls him down into a cutter. Eddie distracts the ref, Alisha chokes Aichner before Eddie throws him out of the ring. Alisha has a kendo stick but is caught by the ref and ejected. The System come out but are knocked to the ground by a crossbody to the outside by Aichner. Back in the ring he hits a DDT on Eddie. Slice bread and a submission by Aichner but The System attack him causing the DQ. Alexander hits a Lumbar Check on Aichner.

Ed: “Edwards didn’t just bend the rules — he twisted them into a pretzel!”

🔥 MATCH 5 — Women’s Champions Challenge

Léi Yǐng Lee and The Elegance Brand (w/ The Personal Concierge and Mr. Elegance) vs. Mara Sadè (w/ Keith Jardine), Elayna Black, and Xia Brookside in a Women’s Champions Challenge Lee and Sade lockup. M by Elegance tags in. Sling blade by Sade. Heather tags in. Black tags in. Black with a shotgun dropkick, stomps Heather’s spine and Brookside tags in. Brookside with a dropkick, slams her face in the turnbuckle and stomps her in the corner. M tags in and hits Brookside with a coast to coast. Sade takes out the Elegance Brand on one side of the ring and Lee hits a dive onto Black and Brookside on the other side. Commercial. M tags in and lands rights to Sade’s spine. The Elegance Brand with quick tags works over Sade. Sade takes them both out with a springboard crossbody block. Lee and Brookside tag in and Lee hits a boot to the midsection. Follow up kick. Takes out Black. Right hands on Brookside in the corner. Suplex. Warrior’s Way. Pinfall broken up by Black. Elegance Brand with a codebreaker/German suplex combo on Black. Sade takes them out with a double DDT. Lee with a clothesline to Sade. Mr. Elegance looks to interfere but is caught in an ankle lock by Jardine. The Personal Concierge hits Jardine but is chased to the back. Lee sets up the Warrior’s Way on Brookside. Misses and Brookside with the elevated DDT for the win! She earns a title shot!

🔥 MATCH 1 — No DQ

EC3 vs. Eric Young. Young is whipped into the ring steps and hit across the back with a chair. Back from break EC3 is hit in the back with a garbage can twice, then with a chain before being choked out with the chain. EC3 takes control with a neckbreaker and uses the chain to choke Young. He hits a snapmare driver on Young who has a chair around his neck. Young gets control of EC3 out on the apron hitting a piledriver through a table before delivering another piledriver for the win. WINNER: ERIC YOUNG

Ed: “Fans, that gentleman is flying like he’s got rockets in his boots!”

Elayna Black comes to the ring claiming to be the number one Knockout. Mr. Elegance and Ash by Elegance cut her off saying if Black is a business Ash is an empire. Indi Hartwell comes out and points out that there is a Knockouts Championship match tonight but Ash mocks her for being poor and goes back to ripping on Black. Black leaves and Ash tells Hartwell to let the real Knockouts talk but Hartwell tells Ash nothing about her is real. The brawl with Hartwell getting the upper hand.

Daria Rae tells someone backstage that she will talk to them later.

🔥 MATCH 2 — TNA World Tag Team Title

Nic Nemeth & KC Navarro vs Bear Bronson & Brian Myers (The System). Navarro and Myers to start. Back and forth til Bronson tags in and The System hits a double suplex prompting a save from Nemeth. Bronson with a sit out powerbomb on Nemeth. Alisha Edwards pulled Nemeth’s hair leading to a submission. After escaping Nemeth tags out and so does Myers. Navarro with a tornado DDT. Nemeth throws Myers off of the apron but he’s caught by Eddie Edwards and Cedric Alexander giving Bronson the opportunity to finish off Navarro with a spinning piledriver. WINNER: BEAR BRONSON & BRIAN MYERS (THE SYSTEM).

Edwards and Alexander say it is time for their match with Moose and Leon Slater.

🔥 MATCH 3 — Tag Team Division Spotlight

Eddie Edwards & Cedric Alexander (The System) vs. Moose and Leon Slater. Alexander and Slater to start. Slater knocks Alexander to the ground with chops before taking turns with Moose delivering right hands. Moose and Slater dive over the top rope to take out The System. The System gains control when Edwards rakes Slater’s eyes and Alexander interferes. Moose gets knocked down on the apron. Slater gets the boots from Edwards. After a commercial break Moose hits Edwards with a powerbomb for a pin attempt. Everyone is brawling. Moose rolls Edwards up for a pin following a spear. WINNER: MOOSE AND LEON SLATER.

The injury report has Eric Young and EC3 being evaluated, Frankie Kazarian and Elijah out and Lei Ying Lee and Arinanna Grace cleared.

After a break Mike Santana is out. He shouted out his match with Rich Swann two weeks ago. Daria Rae comes out and announces a battle royal to determine a number one contender for Santana’s TNA World Championship next week. Santana says it doesn’t matter as he will retain no matter who challenges. Rae has his music cut off so that hers plays us out of this segment.

🔥 MATCH 4 — Xia Brookside Banned From Ringside.

Arianna Grace w/ Stacks vs. Lei Ying Lee for the Knockouts Championship. Grace sweeps a leg and hits a knee before they spill outside where Lee takes out Grace and Stacks, bounces Grace’s head off the apron, the barricade, another barricade and then throws the champ into the ring. Lee gets distracted by Stacks while on the turnbuckles and gets dumped. Grace works Lee over, wearing the challenger down. After a break Grace hits a jumping back elbow for a pin attempt but Lee kicks out. Grace up top, but gets caught and hit with a fallaway slam for two. Lee hits Warriors Way for the pin but Stacks put Grace’s foot on the ropes. The ref tosses Stacks and Lee hits a neckbreaker from the middle turnbuckle for the win. WINNER: LEI YING LEE, NEW KNOCKOUTS CHAMPION.

Moose has been attacked backstage and is being checked by medical staff as the show goes off the air.

Ali emerged victorious in the match and ended Miguel’s title run at 57-days. Midway through the match, fans witnessed Miguel perform a Meteora on Ali onto the steel ring steps. Landing and bouncing brutally off the steps, Miguel suffered a deep laceration on his knees.

He later shared an image of the injury as well as a photo of him with a crutch. During the recent April 16 episode of TNA Impact, it was announced that Miguel has now been pulled from TNA events due to the injury.”

MIKE SANTANA

One of the most decorated and accomplished tag team wrestlers in TNA Wrestling history, Mike Santana is now the reigning and defending TNA Wrestling World Champion. He is the first-ever TNA World Champion of Puerto Rican descent. A proud New York native, Santana is a 4-time TNA World Tag Team Champion as half of the team LAX – and their combined 662 days as champions is the most in company history by more than 100 days over Beer Money, Inc. (Bobby Roode & James Storm). Santana, who lives in The Bronx, made his pro wrestling debut in 2007.

THE HARDYS

Brothers Jeff and Matt Hardy have been wrestling professionally since 1993, holding countless championships over the decades. WWE named The Hardys as one of the greatest tag teams in WWE history.

Jeff and Matt are the only team to have held the WWE/World, WCW, TNA, ROH, Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Championships. Revolutionary and fearless, they are known for their energetic, high-risk approach to pro wrestling.

The Hardys captured the TNA World Tag Team Championships in July 2025, in a four-way ladder match. Since then, they have successfully defended the titles against legendary opponents Team 3D, NXT Tag Team Champions DarkState and TNA’s newest tag team, The Righteous.

CARLOS SILVA

Carlos Silva was named the President of Anthem Sports Group in December 2024, marking his first run in the action-packed world of pro wrestling.

Silva has built and sold companies in the TV, digital and media convergence space over the last 25 years. He has raised more than $300 million for the startups that he has operated.

Silva was the COO of Barrett-Jackson Auction, the largest collector car auction company – and he was responsible for all day-to-day operations, including auctions, sales, marketing and administration.

Silva formerly was the CEO of C360, an immersive video software company that delivers best in class broadcast level 360-degree video for TV and digital consumption.

Prior to C360, he was CEO and President of MDE Sports and Entertainment which owns and operates the Citi Open Tennis Tournament, The Washington Justice esports team, the City Paper, and the Washington Kastles in WTT.

Silva was the CEO of World TeamTennis (WTT) and CEO for the World Series of Fighting. He led the sale of the WSOF to new investors, staying on as President of the newly named Professional Fighters League (PFL).

He was the co-Executive Producer of the Vancouver Olympic Games.

Silva graduated from Boston College and earned his master’s degree from George Washington University. He played tennis at Boston College and was on the pro satellite tennis tour. Silva has finished 14 Ironman races, including the IRONMAN World Championship twice in Kona, Hawaii, and IRONMAN Maryland on Sept. 20, 2025.
