ROH Tag Team Champions “AEW (and ROH’s) Tony Khan had mentioned a couple of weeks ago that Komander and The Beast Mortos were unable to wrestle in the United States due to delays to getting their visas, and Guevara and Mortos were likely to defend the Ring of Honor tag team titles in Mexico. That seems to be what match 4 is setting up. Those tag team titles have been fairly cursed for about a year straight; Guevara is on his third consecutive reign with three different partners, two who vacated due to knee injury. The titles have held importance at times, they do not hold much right now, and it would be self-defeating if Villano III Jr. went from winning Copa Junior to losing to that team.

Sammy Guevara and the Beast Mortos are part of La Faccion Ingobernable in AEW with Dralistico and Rush.² Rush and Dralistico are people who are not talked about and do not exist in the current CMLL, over issues they’ve had with CMLL in the past. The poster does not list Mortos & Guevara as part of La Faccion Ingobernable. Everyone’s going ot be watching to see if that group is mentioned and all, looking for a sign the Rush/CMLL relationship has been patched up even the slightest bit. I’d be surprised if there was any sign; I expect CMLL just to awkwardly ignore Rush and his brother as ever.”
